ASU California Outreach Center

Arizona State University opened its new ASU California Center in Santa Monica, California in March 2013. The new space acts as an outreach center in a key market and serves as a space for workshops, forums and internships. The center comprises 9,970 sq. ft. of academic, office, meeting and event space on three floors.

Parking and Transportation


On-site parking is very limited at this facility. There is metered street parking available for 2 or 3 hours, but your vehicle must be moved when the maximum time limit is reached. For longer term parking the following options are available:

On-site parking: The visitor parking system is automated and there is no attendant. The cost for the visitor parking is $1.50 for each 15 minutes and a maximum of $15 a day. There are only 20 visitor spaces that are used by all tenants of the building.

Off-site parking: Lower cost parking is available at the Santa Monica Library. The first thirty minutes are free. Rates are $1 per hour for the first two hours and thirty minutes. After that, the rate is $1 per thirty minutes. The daily maximum charge on weekdays is $10. The library is 2 blocks from the ASU California Center, at 601 Santa Monica Blvd., Santa Monica, CA 90401

This is shared office space with multiple tenants. ASU occupies about 10,000 square feet of academic, office, meeting and event space. 

For our safety training classes, please find parking that accommodates the time you will be in the class. Enter the building from Arizona Avenue (enter through the gates) and come into the suite marked #102.
