My degree in construction management and past work experience has provided me with a thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, and safe construction operations. While having over six years experience with on-site field observations ensuring compliance with the approved construction documents.
With advanced understanding of OSHA requirements and regulations as a Certified Safety Manager (CSM) and an Authorized Outreach Trainer for OSHA 10 & 30-hour courses in Construction and General Industry, a Specialist in Safety and Health (SSH) of Occupational Safety, a National Safety Council Flagger Instructor, and being certified by both the American Red Cross in Adult First Aid CPR/AED and by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers CPR and AED. I am passionate about personnel safety and happy to provide information and guidance toward improving safety in the workplace while maintaining a healthy and productive workforce.
For over 20 years, as a construction professional, I've been fortunate to work with some amazing organizations (and people) in design, drafting, and management roles. During this time, I've earned a solid reputation based on streamlined operations, increased productivity, and the satisfaction of my clients and superiors alike. With 13 years experience as an Architectural-Structural and Mechanical Drafter/Designer developing working drawings for construction of commercial, residential, educational, correctional facility and retail establishments.
I am currently, working toward achieving my Leed green associate certification and my Construction Management (CM) designation.

It was exciting to give back by participating in "Green Apple Day of Service" volunteering at Corona Del Sol High School (Tempe, AZ) working on their Greenhouse and The Herb Garden Classroom.
