Strategies for Improving & Maintaining Safety, Health, & Environmental Performance

This one day workshop, designed for professionals, managers, and executives who have been given the responsibility of creating, implementing, and validating strategic plans for improving organizational Safety, Health and Environmental performance. 

Participants will learn to:

• Test execution of the current SH&E plan and identify disablers or issues that may be holding the organization back
  
• Define success and key elements
  
• Create a forward focused and strategic SH&E journey plan, and test utilizing Socratic thinking processes
  
• Determine appropriate pace and direction of SH&E journey plan 
  
• Gain alignment vertically and horizontally across the organization
  
• Validate organizational embracement and execution of the plan
  

Attendees will receive continuing education credits, informational handouts.
