This workshop is specifically designed for those professionals, managers, and executives given the responsibility of creating, implementing, and validating strategic plans for improving organizational SH&E performance.  Improving SH&E performance requires valuable resources… time, money, and people; and being strategic optimizes both the chance of success and the efficient utilization of those resources.

  • Define success and key elements
  • Create a forward focused and strategic SH&E journey plan, and test utilizing Socratic thinking processes
  • Determine appropriate pace and direction of SH&E journey plan
  • Gain alignment vertically and horizontally across the organization
  • Validate organizational embracement and execution of the plan

This course will:

  • Provide an experienced based perspective and critical thoughts on how to improve and maintain SH&E performance in a strategic fashion that not only benefits SH&E performance but also business performance.
  • Share some tools that you and your team can customize to create and drive strategies that are both effective and efficient.
